Fingerings and Markings need to be removed from two solo violin parts, Bach BWV 1043 ⟨User:Fugalicious⟩ [#35962]

Hey Fuga,

Dbmiller here let me know of two solo violin parts on a reprinted Breitkopf edition I uploaded that are most likely under copyright everywhere currently and the markings and fingerings would have to be removed so we have a clean edition. It would be appreciated if you can remove the markings and fingerings from these (including any indication of the editor's name and foot notes), then this way we can most likely mark these are PD everywhere then. Would you be up to removing these markings?

It would also be better if there is any existing old Breitkopf edition from the 1890s for any such solo violin parts without any editors on them.

Just sent an email with the violin solo parts attached. Also I forgot to mention, just do a brand new upload so it doesn't have the PMLUS abbreviation (remove it in the filename once your done since these can be on the Canadian Server as these will be free everywhere).

As i'll emphasis again, its heavily edited just to warn you so even though its 8 pages each, its going to be time consuming, one measure at a time.

I will try to do Solo Violin 2 this month. I'm hoping to upload the Polish "National Edition" of Chopin's Mazurkas and am doing similarly slow work on that (removing fingerings), but I will prioritize this Bach project higher.

Hi Fuga, really well done on cleaning this! There is one small issue on one page that was weird. On page 3 after rehearsal letter C, right below that, there seems to be a crop selection from another part of the music I assumed you did that the original scan does not have this on measure 79 (beginning part of the measure) that is hiding the "E" and "Bb" sixteenth notes.

I'll need to verify with the BGA scan to verify it further just to make sure we did not miss anything as we want the solo parts for this to match that score anyways.

Don't forget to submit a new version under the new file number you submitted here.

Great catch, no idea how that happened. It should be fixed now (uploaded under the same file name as I uploaded earlier today).
