The shown title does not match the title on all of the parts, which is: Ouverture Solennelle sur l'Hymne National Danois. Translation: Solemn Overture on a Danish National Hymn.
The manuscript is unreadable but the parts seem to go back many years.

The original title of the work was in Russian: Торжественная увертюра на датский гимн, which you can see at the top of the autograph manuscript, along with the French "Ouverture solonelle sur l'hymne national danois". But this wasn't Tchaikovsky's handwriting ... it was his publisher's, added 26 years after the work was originally composed. In fact the piece was first published as "Ouverture triomphale sur l'hymne national danois" (alongside the Russian), and the French title was only changed in later editions.
The differences arise because the Russian word, "Тожественная" ,can be translated into English in various different ways in English, e.g. "Festival", "Ceremonial", "Triumphal", "Festival", "Solemn", "Formal", etc., but there's no direct counterpart to it, in either English or French. In German editions, the word is usually translated as "Festlicher" or "Festouvertüre", and this is why the English version "Festival" is used almost universally, not just in the case of the Danish overture, but in works such as the Coronation March, Jurisprudence March and "1812", which also have "Торжественная" in some versions of their titles.
