Hey, I just found you on imslp and twitter. I see you're really active in composition and finding hard-to-get sheet music. I know maybe I shouldn't bug you about it, (I know many places charge for it and this is could be against the imslp TOS) but I'm looking for sheet music for Giovanni Henrico Albicastro. It seems to be impossible to find the one piece I need and you're the only one on the internet I've seen to have posted him on imslp or anywhere. Concerto No.4 in C minor (Adagio) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k5En0rWCRrk&fmt=18 It'd have it played at my wedding in 3 weeks from today if I had the sheet music, but I'm unable to find it otherwise and getting pretty desperate. This may be fun or easy for you to find OR this might be another one of those annoying "Hey find this for me" messages. Either way, I'm glad you took the time to read and for all the cool contributions!

Hi, I'm afraid I don't have access to a copy of this (it's from Albicastro's Op.7 concertos) - depending on where you are based, I recommend searching libraries close to you to see whether they have a copy - there's a modern edition by Bärenreiter (now out of print).
Zwölf Concerti à 4, op. 7 / Henricus Albicastro ; herausgegeben von Max Zulauf.
Schweizerische Musikdenkmäler ; Bd. 1
Basel : Bärenreiter, 1955.
try Worldcat
UK libraries that have a copy: Oxford Bodleian, Glasgow University, Edinburgh University, British Library, Cambridge University Anderson Room, Barber Music Library Birmingham, University of Liverpool, University of London, Royal Academy of Music, Durham University.
Australia: Monash University, Melbourne University.
OK just found this copy for sale (not terribly cheap, but I'd go for it!)
It doesn't specify whether it is just the score and not the parts, but once you have the score it's not difficult to copy out the parts, just for that adagio movement of Concerto No.4...
hope that helps!
