This score has an error in prelude No. 16, m. 22, the last sixteenth note of the measure should be F natural, not an F flat.
All of the other scores on IMSLP show this note as being an F natural and in the recording I have (Evgeny Zarafiants), you can hear that it should be an F natural.
Can we delete this score?
