actually, it seems these are not (always) just the same publisher. Otto Forberg's scores in 1890, 1892 say formerly "Thiemer's Verlag", a publisher which still existed in 1879, when one can see lists of publications with music published by Robert Forberg in one row, and published by Thiemer's Verlag in some other row- no Otto Forberg yet.
