Printed scores are "Normal Scans" regardless of how old they are or how much certain libraries fantasize about them being under perpetual copyright (actually BNF is much less insane than many). Of course there are plenty of real manuscripts, too - in which case "Manuscript Scan" is the absolute perfect thing. One problem is that our huge category of Manuscripts contains lots of things which aren't, while other actual manuscripts aren't on the list.
