You have first to add the GraunWV numbers in the title when creating the work page and later you can copy them to the catalogue number box in the edit window and delete it in the work title of the general information box. To have them in catalogue number box is important for this relatively new feature "chart" on the of the letter listing on each composer page. In this chart one can sort the compositions by work numbers or keys, which is useful, i think. Regards, Notenschreiber.
