Hi,

As of September 30, 2014, I became a member of ASCAP. I have used Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 for all my work posted on the IMSLP. Do I need to use a different copyright for any future postings?

Yes you certainly would. You might ask them what they consider to be acceptable. We've never been able to get a coherent answer. The plain-vanilla version you've been using probably would not qualify.
