Not positive one way or the other whether the flute and cello parts are ad.lib.- however, they are not included with the Breitkopf which suggests either that the piano part was simply released separately- hrm, not sure of my reasoning here actually... haven't seen op.65 recorded as a solo sonata, anycase.
