| Copyright Information | It is likely that this work is in the public domain in the United States, because Novello operated in the United States. If the piece had its first publication in the United States (including republication within 30 days of initial publication abroad), then it is in the public domain in the United States due to failure to file a renewal notice. In the USA this work is most likely in the public domain because it was published without a compliant copyright notice or no renewal was found after a thorough search of the Catalog of Copyright Entries and it was apparently ineligible for "restoration" under GATT/TRIPS.
