This was published apparently in 1742 as Op.2, so not sure about 1742-44 dates?
The dedicatee was related to the composer (of the later generation) Eugen, Duke of Württemberg (Eugen Carl Friedrich) (born 1788, the year CPE died...) The dedicatee was uncle to the composer, I see on Wikipedia (his father, Duke Charles Alexander (1684-1737) was grandfather to the composer.)
