Navigation etc.

According to Grove, this concerto is scored for 3 horns and violin accompanied by violin, 2 violas and continuo. It is unknown whether the oboe parts were an addition by Pisendel/Grundig/Morgenstern, or whether the Darmstadt manuscript deleted something that Telemann had in his original. Tagged for both for now.
