Dedicatee identified only as Servais, and A-F. Servais later worked on a Grand Duo on this opera with Vieuxtemps (published in 1854 according to Gallica, so F. Servais is definitely Adrien, not Franz in the latter case...)- it seems likely the same Servais is meant, and in fact Franz Servais was born too late (1846), Joseph likewise (1850).
