If you can access the wiki fine, but are having problems downloading files (timeouts), please visit this thread for more information. Please note that if you use IE and get corrupted downloads instead of timeouts/unreachable server, this is not the problem (please see the FAQ entry on corrupted downloads instead).
The file that you are trying to access will have this type of URL:
http://imslp.info/files/imglnks/...
("..." means that I have left out the rest because it does not matter for our purposes)
To workaround this current problem, simply change the above URL to
http://imslp.org/imglnks/...
Note that you need to change .info to .org and remove files/.
If, instead of the above, the URL starts with http://imslp.org and shows Special:ImagefromIndex/... or Special:DisclaimerAccept/... at the end, try a different browser.
