Extra Information HMB gives 1866 by Schott (March 1866 HMB). Of course, this could be a reissue/reprinting/etc. May have been mentioned in Le menestrel in a 1864 issue. (In any case advertised at the end of their 19 November 1865 issue.) May have been published as early as 1861? - Schissel (Arranged for string orchestra also and published by Schott in this form in 1891.)
