The "1892" edition by Peters cited at antonin-dvorak.cz is evidently only a reprint of the piano 4 hands arrangement first published by Urbánek ( ).
There is an arrangement for orchestra published by Peters from 1934, but it is by Bohuslav Leopold, not the composer ( ).
