The meaning of Waagepetersen might be: (Wikipedia) "The Waagepetersen House is a listed Neoclassical town mansion located at Store ... The musicians Weyse, Kuhlau and Hartmann were frequent guests..." It might refer to Christian Waagepetersen, the wine merchant who owned the house, friend of Kuhlau perhaps, and perhaps the house's collection became part of the DKB collection at a later date. The dedication may bear this out.
