It seems that the Andante of Lachner’s published 6th symphony is in B major (H-dur) according to page 371, volume 40 of the Allgemeine musikalische Zeitung (June 23, 1838), so if this movement is related it is a draft in a different key, not a manuscript of the actual slow movement. Have not seen the score, though Rochester NY Sibley Library a few hours by bus away from me (not that easy but not impossible) has it in the locked section, I think. Sometime!
