The translator of the 'Nachwort' (Notes), Laurence Swinyard, uses the term 'new edition' for the German 'Neuauflage'. I think it's not exactly the same in any case. In this case 'reissue' might be appropriate: There are no additions or changes mentioned in the 'Nachwort' compared to the First Edition.
