Moved from an uncategorized page with misformed title, October 9 2007. The four sections are Maestoso in D major, variations in G major, Romanza in D minor and Polonese (finale) in D. This latter page was created on Sept. 27 and needs deleting... (information copied from that page; another's submission. Publisher information is already there. While I do not, I think, have time or expertise to volunteer as a copyright screener, I agree that a composer who wrote works published (by Ricordi, Milan) in the 1810s (see the Library of Congress under his name for evidence beyond that presented, though he remains extremely obscure even compared to others I know) - ... should not be considered (c) EU without some review...
