"The work is preserved in parts in the University Library at Upsala, and it is here published for the first time based on the original. In so doing, any interference with the original (published in the Complete Edition of Buxtehude's Works, Ugrino-Verlag, Hamburg) has been avoided and only a realization of the thorough-bass and an arrangement of the parts conforming with the liturgical text is given." --Ralph Theo Misch 23:30, 18 July 2011 (UTC)
The continuo realization is simple but very elegant. --Ralph Theo Misch 00:23, 19 July 2011 (UTC)
I suspect this is a case of Baerenreiter sticking a copyright notice on a later printing - the original 1928 was likely printed without a notice. This is probably free in the USA, but I'll have to prove it. The realization is a difficult call, it's simple but - as you say - nicely done. Carolus 03:25, 19 July 2011 (UTC)
