It's generally agreed that these arrangements were made by Eric Fenby (d.1997) - heck, it's not a matter in dispute, not a guess. This from the 1938 first edition:


"An arrangement of two unaccompanied Part songs ... for string orchestra by Eric Fenby"

... They are almost certainly IN COPYRIGHT EVERYWHERE. SO WTF people?
