Mansour, and Camille Saint-Saëns (members of the 'Garde Volnay,' an artistic group which met in Paris). Librettist: Paul Tillier. First performance: 1878-05-20 — Paris, Club de la Rue Volney. Giraud's contribution, the mélodie "J'ai su lire dans votre l'âme," was published in Le journal de musique 2, No.104 (1878-05-23).
