Please don't upload his music if you have the permissions from whichever company owns the rights - although since the piece you uploaded was used in the video game Touhou 6, I think it is unfortunately somewhat unlikely that the owner would give permission. If you do have confirmation of permission, please let me know and I'll put it back up :-) but anyway, I would recommend reading the page IMSLP:Copyright Made Simple to get an idea of what can and cannot be legally uploaded here.
