Dear J.j (assuming you are the same who emailed me), to respond to your question, the reason you cannot access the Goetschius transcription is because it is currently under copyright in the US and the EU. It is only currently free in Canada and other life+50 territories. Unfortunately, we are voluntarily observing US copyright for the time being due to various technicalities. It will not be possible to obtain a copy from IMSLP at this time. Very sorry. Your best bet is to either find a copy for sale, or borrow one from a local library, perhaps taking advantage of an interlibrary loan feature if it exists.
