Dear Stienwayz,

Are you the composer Eric Nguyen? If not, you will need to produce written permission from him to post his work here in 24 hours or less or we will delete the items you posted as copyright violations. If you are Eric Nguyen, we recommend that you use the Creative Commons Attribution Non-commercial 3.0 as a minimum license, as the one you have it under now (Attribution only) allows commercial users to copy your files and sell them on Ebay without having to pay you a royalty. Also, if you are planning to upload additional titles from your Op.1, it would be best to have all those titles on a single work page instead of creating multiple pages. I am the Composer

I am the composer Eric Nguyen... I thought that I put the Creative Commons 3.0 Attributes to the to files that I uploaded... or do I need to submit something?

Thanks for letting us know, and welcome to IMSLP. It's fine to use the Attribution only if that's what you want. However, most composers do not wish for other people to copy their files form this site, then sell them on Ebay. It is legal for them to do this if you use the Attribution (only) license. If you employ the "Creative Commons Attribution Non-commercial 3.0" license, they cannot sell your work on Ebay legally. No need for you to submit any documents, just let us know which one of the IMSLP:Creative Commons and Performance Restricted licenses you wish to use. Nos. 1 and 4 on the list allow for commercial use. The others do not. I have already changed the license to the "Non-commercial" version. It can be changed back to "Attribution" if you wish.
