From the 5 WorldCat entries, it appears that the only published version of this was a piano arrangement, or piano duet with 5 toy instruments. However, Conradi wrote much orchestral music, and Grove Music's article (there is no real work list) mentions symphonies and overtures, so the presumption is that this was originally orchestra.
