Wallace also composed a work for piano, My alpine home : an alpine melody published by Firth, Pond & Co. around 1851–1852 (plate 1711) - does anyone know if this is a closely related work? U. Mich. at Ann Arbor has the score. - Schissel (Worldcat also lists another Wallace Alpine Melody which may be-- guessing is-- the same as this one, published by R. Cocks of London in the 1850s (U. Glasgow has a copy of this edition.))
