IMSLP is urgently looking for people with servers who are willing to host a public mirror of IMSLP. If you are interested, please e-mail me (feldmahler {at} imslp.org) with the disk space/bandwidth limits. Server must be in Canada or the US. Reasonable compensation may be given if requested. --Feldmahler
Update: Thanks for all the responses! Since several people asked, I will say here that IMSLP requires ~50GB of space, and ~2.5TB/mo of bandwidth.

Misc. Comments
This work was left incomplete at Tchaikovsky's death. While originally intended as the second and third movements of his Piano Concerto No.3, the composer extracted the first movement as a separate work. Taneyev constructed the remaining two movements from the composers sketches and published both the full score and reduction for two pianos in 1897 with M.P. Belaieff.
