According to the composer, this work can be performed with 1 percussionist, though it would have to be an advanced one. The tempi where there is multiple instrument work is slow. However, using more than one percussionist makes the changes easier, so up to 3 percussionists can be used. If three percussionists are used, the breakdown of parts is as follows:

• Percussion I: 3 woodblocks
• Percussion II: kleine Trommel, 3 Tomtom, grosse Trommel
• Percussion III: 3 kleine Becken, grosses Becken
