Leonardo Fernández (b. 2013) is a young Brazilian pianist and composer. He is a pupil of composer Dimitri Cervo and pianist Olinda Allessandrini. He also receives guidance from pianists Eduardo Knob, Elaine Foltran, and Alessandra Feris. At eleven years old, he performed a recital composed entirely of his own works at the historic Theatro São Pedro in Porto Alegre, and had his pieces published by the Instituto Piano Brasileiro (IPB). He won first prize at the Souza Lima Piano Competition and has performed piano recitals in Brazil and Europe.
