For some reason, a couple of WorldCat entries link this to Palestrina's O Bone Jesu. It is unclear why, but the sung melody does not match the only O Bone Jesu by Palestrina that IMSLP has. It is possible that Hänssler-Verlag published the two together in no.622 of its series Die Motette.
