Hugh Andrews was a London publisher, in partnership with Robert Birchall ca.1783-1789. He continued publishing from Birchall's old premises at 129 New Bond Street 1789-ca.1793.
Published in connection with W. Andrews, presumably a relative, c.1810. Also published in conjuction with G. Verey for a short time, some of whose plates he reissued.
