  • Review for premiere info. According to the latter page this also goes by the name Concertino for Flute and Small Orchestra, but I don't know if that's an authentic name for the work. (later comment; i think the earlier one is also by me) Orchestration from Free Library of Philadelphia catalog. -- Schissel
