Choreography was by J. Hansen (Joseph Hansen, 1842–1907).) As noted at NYPL, libretto/scenario was also published separately, by C. Lévy in the same year (1893). (3 tableaux in the libretto, 4 in the piano score, 3 acts and 5 tableaux in the La Scala 1894/95 revision whose libretto is also listed in the NYPL catalog, published by Sonzogno.) - Schissel
