Source for premiere dates/seasons: CORAGO. Because the premiere location is given as "Monaco di Baviera" (Italian for Munich), some sites (e.g. Italianopera.org) have it incorrectly just as "Monaco" (quite a different kettle of fish. Proper Italian-English translation would be their friend.)
