Misc. Comments
This act was published in full score and in piano-vocal score. Cui composed the dramatic music for only Act I of the original Mlada. The 1872 version of the complete opera-ballet has not been published to date. Missing from this edition of Act I are a terzetto (which was re-used by Cui in the revision of his first opera Prisoner of the Caucasus) and the ballet music by Minkus.
