Misc. Comments
An arrangement by Michel Rondeau of (one? several?) works by Telemann.
Removing "instrumentation" which needs to be original unless this is a compilation from more than one work by Telemann. If this is from one particular work by Telemann the instrumentation and name of the original should be used or the instrumentation left blank (and some hint of the name, one will attempt to track it down...) If it is compiled from multiple Telemann works, like similar works by Respighi, Casella and others arranged and compiled from earlier music, then the new name and instrumentation should be used since it is, indeed, a new work based on older music (e.g.: Rossiniana, Telemanniana, La Boutique Fantasque ...)
According to the WIMA page this comes from, the work or works this is arranged from are part of the Telemann collection Harmonischer Gottesdienst. (Or not- that's a purely liturgical etc. work- misunderstood.)
