The first version, which has been commercially recorded, has 4 movements and lasts about 35 minutes in that recording. The 4 movements are

Sibelius.fi indeed identifies 3 versions (1915, 1916, 1919.) Perhaps two or all three of these versions will be published in the ongoing Breitkopf critical edition (which has so far (as of 2016) reached symphonies 1-3 and 7- and many other works in his output.)
