LoC has both publications, the second may be a new edition by the author or a republication perhaps arranged by other hands- PM Wolsieffer Jr., whose compositions appear in LoC in the 1880s, seems likely...- or revised for 2-hands at an earlier date- may need to revise composer's Fl.1876 upward to after 1867 (viz. biography) (or to his last known publication if later.)
