Chandos uses a different numbering system I should note than the score itself, and applies 'quartet no.8' to his 1918 quartet in E♭ major (on volume 3 of their complete string quartets, see here and the PDF program notes linked from it.) They call the Biscay no.6- perhaps a numbering issue or one of lost early quartets. (Chilingirian's notes agree re the 1913 dating.) Eric 04:12, 29 September 2010 (UTC)
