Dear Barton, Are you the editor/typesetter of the Dussek Op.65 Sonata that was just uploaded here? If so, that's fine - we'll need to set up a page for that particular work. If you are not the editor/typesetter, we can't allow this here without permission from the copyright owner, as it's obviously a relatively new item that has been done in Finale.
