Dear CoralCatedralicia, Are you José Climent? Or do you have permission in writing to post his recent typeset/transcription here? Please let us know as we delete typesets and transcriptions here unless they are clearly public domain. Thanks, Carolus 16:43, 13 October 2009 (UTC) (IMSLP Copyright Admin)

I'm sorry Carolus. No, I'm not José Climent, neither I have permission. I get the file from a public institution web site:

Editor=Diputació de València

Misc. Notes= Partituras Retrobem la Nostra Música

As you can see, everybody can get the file nº 13 2006 Juan Bta. Comes. Polifonía del siglo XVII, in a pdf form... the only one thing done is separate in the pieces and offer it in a separated way...

... I'm sorry for my english

Can't be supossed as a public domain?

Thanks for the info, CoralCatedralicia. I think we can tag this under one of the CC licenses as long as we are careful to properly attribute the editions/typesets to Dr. Climent. I'll put in the links and other needed info so that you can use them as a model if you decide to contribute other items from that website. Best Wishes, Carolus 19:59, 14 October 2009 (UTC)
Hrm. Alas page no longer exists, and I do have a question I'd like to ask there about the instrumentation of one of the pieces (I really should just seek out the published version in a library- hrm. No, no library in the US is listed- maybe I can get a nearer library to seek a copy though...) - specifically whether Mr. Climent transcribed/arranged (to another instrumentation than the composer intended) or just edited one or more of the works (from older notation to that of the modern day, perhaps fixing some ambiguities). Hrm. :) Anyhow. Thanks! Eric 11:36, 24 December 2012 (EST)
