Hi Douwe. Unfortunately, I had to delete your kind submission of Icharev's piano transcription of this, because although I could not find dates for him, it is clear that he has been active recently and may still be alive. Because of that, it is under copyright worldwide and had to be removed. Again, you may want to read this page for more information on what is permissible here.
