Ground after the Scotch Humour (Matteis, Nicola)

Hi Periodinstrumentfan. Are you Ron P. or you have his permission to upload his manuscript of this piece here? Thanks, KGill talk email 00:10, 8 April 2011 (UTC)

Is this actually your own or a present-day manuscript, or is this a facsimile of Matteis' writing? If this is merely a facsimile of Matteis there is no need for permission as it would be public domain (mere scans being ineligible for copyright under most laws). In any case, let us know. Thanks, Carolus 03:07, 8 April 2011 (UTC) (IMSLP Copyright Admin)
Ron P. (a.k.a. Periodinstrumentfan) has now confirmed permission through email - it's his own handwritten copy of Matteis's facsimile. Cheers, KGill talk email 00:55, 9 April 2011 (UTC)

Manuscript

Hello Ron! I see that for ... Edited.pdf this file you have just uploaded, you are working from a facsimile. Would it be possible for you to scan the facsimile and upload it to IMSLP? This would be of great academic value. Currently, we have a set of typesetting guidelines, and your current manuscript may unfortunately fall victim to this new set of rules. The manuscript is okay. Unfortunately though you’ve explicitly left in a trademark, which is unacceptable, and moreover covered over two lines of text and the foot of the page. Please move your “signature” to the left to erase the trademark, and this will be permitted.

P.S. Same deal with the earlier Matteis submission. No trademarks acceptable, rescan required. PML
