Unfortunately, your upload of his Etude No.1 had to be deleted, because it is under copyright in virtually the entire world - he died in 1980 (less than 50 years ago), and it was published in 1948, so it's under copyright in the US as well as Canada (where the IMSLP servers are located) and most everywhere else.
