the edition you uploaded has a fingering by Alfred Cortot (1877-1962). Since he died less than 50 years ago it's not PD in Canada and has been deleted accordingly, unfortunately. Hobbypianist 17:37, 25 January 2010 (UTC)
Another thing - There is little point in your posting items from the Neue Liszt Ausgabe here as they are protected in the USA and will immediately fall into the [TB] category. Unfortunately, thanks to the huge amount of traffic we receive from the USA, we must block certain items that whose copyright status there has not been contested in court.
