There is a chorus Vom Himmel hoch in Die Festzeiten, Op.66 (Loewe, Carl), and while the melody of it is is exactly as in this arrangement, there are other inserted sections in it, so it is unclear whether this is from a separate cantata, or an arrangement of the chorus from Die Festzeiten. WorldCat does list a cantata named Vom Himmel hoch, though Grove Music does not, so for now, this will stay on its own page.
