Misc. Notes This edition is titled incorrectly as A une jeune fille. This collection is given (in Meyerbeer: A Guide to Research) as having been published in 1875 (the plate may suggest 1849 because it conserves the original plates of the first editions, even though new translations are added to them. This is hardly unknown; see similar cases with Tchaikovsky editions, where a reduction with a nearly-identical plate may appear years after a full score.)
