Any commentary or critical apparatus, if protected by copyright, should not be included in the scan(s) available here. The string quartet fragment in C D.3 and this andante D.29 are the same work (listed in the updated Deutsch Verzeichnis on page 9), but the string quartet setting (D.3) survives only as a fragment (bars 1-29). It is not known which setting was written down first by Schubert (both were probably composed around the same time during the summer of 1812). The string quartet setting can be easily reconstructed using the score of D.29.
